Wretched Plagueborer do not cast Plague Bomb.
All static spawned Rigged Plagueborer have been replaced with Wretched Plagueborer. Plaguefall received changes to the number of Rigged Plagueborer as well as the effectiveness of them which will make this dungeon more difficult to time. Champion's Boon duration increased to 40 seconds (was 30). Zolramus Siphoner health reduced by 15%. Tortured Echoes damage reduced by 15% per stack. Spinemaw Staghorn health increased by 30%. Mistveil Guardian's Bucking Rampage will now trigger it's cooldown on spell start (was on channel start). Drust Boughbreaker health increased by 15%. Depraved Obliterator's Wicked Bolt damage increased by 27%. Shard of Halkias's Thrash damage reduced by 20% and range increased to 60 yards (was 40). Loyal Stoneborn melee and Stone Breath damage reduced by 10%. It now persists until Blood Barrier is destroyed. Blood Barrage is no longer interruptible and no longer has a duration. Blood Barrier no longer grants Hakkar immunity to interrupts. Hakkar's cooldowns and energy regeneration is now paused when Blood Barrier is applied and will resume once the barrier is removed. Arcane Vulnerability now increases damage taken by 5% per stack (was 3%). Arcane Vulnerability now only increases damage taken from Arcane Lightning (was all damage). Storming now despawns when hit by a player.Īrcane Lightning periodic damage reduced by 15% and jump damage reduced by 20%. Level 61 enemies (otherwise known as Lieutenant mobs) now apply Necrotic Wound on every other auto attack (was every auto attack). Raging now increases damage by 75% (was 100%). This is great for alts (or mains) that didn't play in a week and need to recover their Keystone. He will offer you a Keystone if you don't have one, as long you have completed a Shadowlands Mythic+ dungeon at least once. Ta'shup can also be found in Oribos, next to the Great Vault. If you want to reroll again, you will need to time another key. Shadowlands Season 2 comes along with an increase in item level rewards from Mythic+ dungeons as well as their Great Vault counterpart.
